This site no longer is updated since December 31, 2006. The company, Advanced Technology Council in Mathematics, or ATCM, Inc. was incorporated on March 25, 1999 with two equal shareholders in Virginia, U.S.A. The company is still in the process of termination since December 2006 immediately after ATCM 2006. The process has yet to be completed as of January 18, 2009 as Dr. Wei-Chi Yang still holds on to company's money that is not his - nothing new though. Any matters concerning ATCM prior to January 1, 2007 should be directed to both Sung-Chi Chu (atcminc@yahoo.com) & Wei-Chi Yang (wyang@radford.edu).

Information on ATCM 2007 conference can be found at here. You also will find, at that site, a historical discussion of ATCM conferences by Professors Chuan and Lee in Chinese (translated to English by Zhonghong JIANG) that obviously marked the success of the ATCM conferences (from 1997 to 2006). The success, though the conferences are a product of ATCM, Inc., can not be attributed to one single person, but only again to the dedication of host universities and the support of participants.
